ART THAT CONNECTS
The Bendie brand was created in 2024 as a result of combining the talents of two people - Klaudie Švrčková and Benedikt Heczko. Their paintings, painted with acrylic on canvas, bring a fresh view of the world around us.
Each work is the result of careful work and creativity that intertwines emotions and unique stories in an abstract and pop art style. Acrylic on canvas allows authors to show a wide range of colors, from soft tones to strong visual contrasts.
Bendie is more than just an art brand, it is a manifestation of the union of two artists who decided to share their world view with you.

KLAUDIE ŠVRČKOVÁ
She is one of the painters of contemporary modern art and already at a young age she has over 50 solo exhibitions.
She was born in 1998 in the town of Český Těšín in Silesia. After successfully completing her secondary studies at the eight-year grammar school, she became a student at the Faculty of Business at BUT in Brno, where she completed her engineering degree in 2023.
Klaudie has been drawing and painting since she was very young. Even though she never attended an art course or school, she found meaning in art and all the more motivation to work harder on her creations at home. Since 2015, her interest and colors have moved mainly to the canvas.
The focus of her current work is acrylic painting with elements of pop art and modern style, set mainly in portraits.
Her paintings, in their characteristic way, reflect the feelings, opinions, problems and joys of people from the world we live in, and in which the author wants to draw attention to the little things.
Klaudie opened her first exhibition in Brno in 2018. Since then, she has not been idle with her artistic career and has managed to achieve many successes.
In recent years, in addition to organizing her own solo exhibitions, she also participated in a joint exhibition in the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, and in addition to painting pictures, she also focused on painting walls and public spaces. For example, she painted the Demeloch underpass in Český Těšín, decorated old non-functioning telephone booths in Brno, beautified the walls of a home for the elderly in Český Těšín and the corridors of Husova Primary and Kindergarten in Brno, and many others.
This is just a small part of the projects that Klaudie has done, and there are many more that she is about to do.
BENEDIKT HECZKO
During his time in Prague, he mainly devoted himself to stucco work and artistic gilding, but after his departure, his interest shifted to canvases and acrylic painting.
He was born in 1995 in the town of Český Těšín in Silesia. When choosing a secondary school, he relied on his talent and passion for crafts and artistic work and went to Prague to study at the Secondary Vocational School of Arts and Crafts, where he focused on the field of plastering. He took part in surface modifications in the interiors and exteriors of the most important historical buildings in Prague.
These skills he acquired allowed him not only to master the techniques of decorating with the help of ornamental decorative pieces made of plaster, lime, fine sand and binder, but also to understand the importance of detail and materials in artistic creation. So he decided to study the field of artistic gilding, and in addition to his work as a plasterer, he began to devote himself to the precise decoration of surfaces with gold flakes. However, after almost eight years in Prague, Benedikt decided to return to his hometown and leave the industry for a few years.
Currently, he is returning to the world of art alongside the artist Klaudie Švrčková and continues to develop his artistic career under the joint brand Bendie, in which he is newly focusing on connecting different forms of visual art. Although he is influenced by traditional craft techniques, he is not afraid to experiment and move to abstract art, where he can fully devote himself to experimenting with form, color and textures.
For him, the frames that Benedikt creates for the paintings are not just passive edges that surround the painting. They are equally important artistic elements that add context to an image, express its depth and enhance the overall visual experience and value of the painting.
