KLAUDIE ŠVRČKOVÁ

She is a contemporary modern artist and has had over 50 solo exhibitions at a young age.

She was born in 1998 in the town of Český Těšín in Silesia. After successfully completing her secondary studies at an eight-year grammar school, she became a student at the Faculty of Business Administration of the Brno University of Technology, where she completed her engineering degree in 2023. 

Klaudie has been drawing and painting since an early age. Even though she never attended an art course or school, she found meaning in art and even more motivation to work harder on her work at home. Since 2015, her interest and colors have shifted primarily to canvas. 

The focus of her current work is acrylic painting with elements of pop art and modern style, mainly set in portraits. 

Her paintings, in their characteristic way, reflect the feelings, opinions, problems and joys of people from the world we live in, and in which the author wants to draw attention to the little things. 

Klaudie opened her first exhibition in Brno in 2018. Since then, she has not been idle with her artistic career and has managed to reap many successes. 

In recent years, in addition to organizing her own solo exhibitions, she has also participated in a joint exhibition in the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, and in addition to painting pictures, she has also focused on painting walls and public spaces. For example, she painted the Demeloch underpass in Český Těšín, decorated old, non-functional telephone booths in Brno, beautified the walls of a senior citizen home in Český Těšín and the hallways of the Husova Elementary and Kindergarten School in Brno, and many more. 

This is just a small part of the projects that Klaudie has completed, and there are many more that she is still preparing for.

BENEDIKT HECZKO

During his time in Prague, he focused mainly on stucco work and artistic gilding, but after his departure, his interest shifted to canvases and acrylic painting. 

He was born in 1995 in the town of Český Těšín in Silesia. When choosing a high school, he relied on his talent and passion for crafts and artistic work and went to Prague to study at the Secondary Vocational School of Arts and Crafts, where he focused on the field of stucco. He participated in the surface treatments in the interiors and exteriors of the most important historical buildings in Prague. 

These skills that he acquired allowed him not only to master the techniques of decoration using ornamental decorative elements made of plaster, lime, fine sand and binder, but also to understand the importance of detail and materials in artistic creation. 

So he decided to study the field of artistic gilding, and began to devote himself to the precise decoration of surfaces with gold leaf in addition to his work as a stucco worker. After almost eight years in Prague, however, Benedikt decided to return to his hometown and leave the field for a few years. 

He has now re-entered the art world and, under the joint brand Bendie, has progressed in the development of his artistic work, in which he has newly focused on connecting various forms of fine art. 

Although he is influenced by traditional craft techniques, he is not afraid of experimentation and the transition to abstract art, where he can fully devote himself to experimenting with form, color and textures.
