Every product from our e-shop is handmade in the Czech Republic, often based on your order. Thanks to this, we can offer you an original and high-quality product, but at the same time, shipping times may vary slightly.

• Order production and processing: usually 1-14 business days

• Delivery within the Czech Republic: 1–3 business days from dispatch 
• Delivery time abroad: will be longer depending on the place of shipment

The total delivery time usually ranges between 4-17 business days.

Choose the delivery method that suits you best. We offer personal collection as well as verified shipping services that will ensure safe and reliable delivery of your ordered painting to you.

Personal collection

Possibility of personal collection in Český Těšín. An ideal choice if you wish to collect the product in person and without transportation.

Czech Post

Traditional delivery to your address or post office. The longest side of the package must not exceed 200 cm and the sum of all three sides must not exceed 300 cm (e.g. 150x140x10 cm).

Price: 250 Kč

Balíkovna

Convenient delivery to your chosen Balíkovna pick-up location with quick pickup. The longest side of the package must not exceed 50 cm (e.g. 50x50x10 cm).

Zásilovna

Flexible delivery to a wide network of distribution points and Z-Boxes throughout the Czech Republic or to your address.

To the address: The longest side of the package must not exceed 120 cm and the sum of all three sides 150 cm (e.g. 90x50x10 cm).

Z-box: The longest sides of the package must not exceed 60 and 45 cm.

PPL

Reliable delivery by courier to your address or to a Parcelshop or Parcelbox pick-up point.

To the address: The longest side of the package must not exceed 120 cm and the sum of the perimeter and the longest side (length + 2x width + 2x height) must not exceed 360 cm (e.g. 100 + 2x120 + 2x10 cm).

To Parcelshop: The longest side of the parcel must not exceed 100 cm and the sum of the circumference and the longest side (length + 2x width + 2x height) must not exceed 300 cm (e.g. 100 + 2x90 + 2x10 cm).

To Parcelbox: The longest sides of the package must not exceed 60 and 40 cm.

DPD

Fast and safe transportation to your address or to a DPD pick-up point or box.

To the address: The longest side of the package must not exceed 175 cm and the sum of the perimeter and the longest side (length + 2x width + 2x height) must not exceed 300 cm (e.g. 100 + 2x90 + 2x10 cm).

To a DPD delivery point: The longest side of the package must not exceed 100 cm and the sum of the circumference and the longest side (length + 2x width + 2x height) must not exceed 250 cm (e.g. 100 + 2x60 + 2x10 cm).

In a DPD box: The longest sides of the package must not exceed 65 and 55 cm.

GLS

Quality courier service with delivery to your address or to a GLS ParcelShop or GLS ParcelBox.

To the address: The longest side of the package must not exceed 200 cm, the second must not exceed 80 cm and the sum of the perimeter and the longest side (length + 2x width + 2x height) must not exceed 300 cm (e.g. 100 + 2x80 + 2x10 cm).

To a DPD delivery point: The longest side of the package must not exceed 100 cm, the second side must not exceed 80 cm, and the sum of the perimeter and the longest side (length + 2x width + 2x height) must not exceed 300 cm (e.g. 100 + 2x80 + 2x10 cm).

In a DPD box: The longest sides of the package must not exceed 55 and 45 cm.
